This Privacy Policy governs your use (the "User") and access to this Web Site (hereinafter, the "Site") provided by the Company.

Users who no longer wish to receive materials from the Company may opt-out of receiving these communications by choosing a "do not contact" option or by contacting the Company. The Company will comply with all requests for removal.
Notification of Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes on the Site. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective upon posting such changes. If Users access or use the Site, Users are required to periodically check the Privacy Policy for any changes. If Users continue to access or use the Site after the Company has changed the Privacy Policy, Users manifest their assent to the changes to the Privacy Policy.

If the Company decides to use User's personally identifiable information in a manner materially different from that stated in the Privacy Policy at the time that such information was collected, the Company will attempt to notify User of such changes. User agrees that if the Company sends User an e-mail to the e-mail address reflected in the Company's records, such e-mail will constitute acceptable notice to User of the change in the Company's policy. The notice will provide User with an opportunity to "opt-out" so that the Company may not use User's personally identifiable information in a manner which is different from the manner described at the time that User provided the Company with such information. If User does not affirmatively "opt-out" pursuant to the instructions provided to User in the notice, then User agrees that the Company may use User's personally identifiable information in the manner described in the notice. (If the Company has no current e-mail address for User, then User agrees that adequate notice of the change in the Company's policy will be effected by posting such a change onto the Privacy Policy, which shall also disclose information about how Users may "opt-out" so that the Company may not use User's personally identifiable information in a manner which is materially different from the manner described at the time that User provided the Company with such information. If User does not affirmatively "opt-out" pursuant to the instructions posted within the time period specified, then User agrees that the Company may use User's personally identifiable information as described in the posted notice).
